Excellent Staff, always helpful. The hotel is a decent, clean and spacious hotel. The hotel provided info about transfers and it was convenient. It is always better to book your airport transfer with the hotel rather than pick it up from the airport, which is unsafe. The hotel did a great job, when I arrived there was someone with my name to pick me up. Excellent service. Just ensure you always book your transfers with the hotel or Yandex Go, and do not leave this to catch a taxi from the airport.

Liked everything! Location nice, hotel silent, staff really awsome... especially the cook- that man makes your day each morning! Each day new water bottles added in the room, same with tea and coffe. There was nothing I would find lack of in the room. During my stay, I had my birthay and I was pleasantly surprised by a compliment from the hotel with a cake to my room :)

The breakfast was amazing. It had everything I wanted and more. I loved that everything was open so late and that the bar area was available to give me ice cubes. The lobby was very nice. The employee at the dest Azyran (maybe spelled wrong but working Sunday Oct 15 at 1600) did an amazing job helping us several times during our stay. We appreciate her greatly.

It is a very good hotel in the area we usually use when we coming to the Almaty for short business trips, there is very relaible service, we know what to expect from it. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast is rich enough and tasty, internet connection is fast.
